GOSHEN, Ind. –
An apartment project years in the works is finally approaching the finish line.
An open house Friday will allow the public a first look at the Park 33 apartments built on the site of the old Goshen Inn.
The complex is still under construction, but a model apartment will be finished and furnished so that the public can get a feel for the living environment.
That apartment will be available for viewing from 3-7 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
"Park 33 is the first luxury complex in the area in many, many years,” said Property Manager Danielle Acker. “And we're offering high amenities like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The community is going to have a pool and a dog park, so some really nice features."
Acker says the first building will be available for people to move into in April. She will be available during the open house to answer questions.
"I think people’s excitement about the project is contagious,” said Acker. “I'm just excited to have face time with all of our leads and applicants and hopefully help people find their home."
