New art will be popping up in downtown South Bend on Monday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The city of South Bend unveiled the winners of the sixth annual "Festival of Banners" competition on Friday.
This years theme is "Pop on Parade."
The 80 banners will feature popular celebrities, logos and famous South Bend sights.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg was even surprised with a banner.
The South Bend Museum of Art coordinated the project.
The banners will hang from downtown light posts starting Monday. The banners will hang through the beginning of October.
