New Buffalo firefighter passes away

NEW BUFFALO, Mich. -- A firefighter who has been with the New Buffalo Fire Department for 11 years has passed away.
Vincent Lauricella died Sunday of natural causes, according to the New Buffalo Fire Chief Huston.
There will be a viewing on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at Sommerfield Smith Funeral Home in New Buffalo, followed by a memorial service.
Chief Huston says Lauricella will be greatly missed.
