A neighbor who lived a few feet away from the scene of a deadly mobile home fire in Buchanan Sunday morning shared cell phone video of the fire.

Neighbors say Ted Lanser, who was killed in the fire, kept thousands of rounds of live ammunition inside his home.

They also say that he fired shots into their mobile homes moments before his home caught on fire.
