New hot dog stand hires unemployed women

ST. JOSEPH, Ind. -- A new business in St. Joseph County is only hiring unemployed women.

Marge Rivera opened the Twisted Dog last week.

Already, she's been dogged with business.

Rivera got laid off two years ago, so she decided to take matters into her own hands. Now she's opening a hot dog stand.

She's hiring other women who also lost their jobs.

"They just are having a hard time with medical bills and they really need some extra money. Men seem like they can get by," laughed Marge Rivera, the owner of Twisted Dog.

The Twisted Dog's specialty is just that -- a twisted hot dog.

Rivera hopes to have enough business to support herself and her employees through the summer.
