New Jersey crash victims suing texting driver, recipient

A New Jersey couple has filed a lawsuit against not just the distracted driver that hit them, but the person he was texting.
Both David and Linda Kubert lost their left legs in a 2009 accident. They were side-swiped by a 19-year-old driver who was texting.
The couple's attorney said the woman he was texting is also responsible for the accident.
