New Jersey man accused of repeatedly running over girlfriend

FORT LEE, N.J -- A New Jersey man is charged with murder after police say he repeatedly ran over his girlfriend with his car.
Investigators say Aena Hong and Charles Ann were arguing over breaking up, and then Ann sped off. They say he turned around and hit Hong as she crossed the street.
Witnesses say he then drove over her at least three more times before taking off.
"When I ran up there I saw the body over there, it was horrific,” said Gene Hoffman. “I haven't seen anything like that since I was overseas in combat."
Right now Ann is being held on $3 million bail
