New strip mall possibly coming to Mishawaka

Mishawaka's city planner says a new strip mall could be coming to the city. If everything goes according to plan, it would be at the corner of Cleveland and State Road 23 near University Park Mall.
The former Kowloon Bay Chinese Buffet is on the property, but is slated to be demolished.
According to Mishawaka City Planner Ken Prince, the space will include several businesses and restaurants.Right now, there is no date set for construction.
