Notre Dame women's basketball team advances to Elite Eight in March Madness tournament

ABC 57 In an upset win over 2nd seed Vanderbilt, the Notre Dame women's basketball team has advanced to the Elite Eight in the March Madness tournament.
Hannah Hidalgo had a historic night for the program. With 10 steals, she became the all-time NCAA single-season record holder for steals with 199 and counting.
The final score was 67 to 64. The Irish will face off against the winner of the UConn/UNC game Sunday, March 29, at 1:00 p.m.
