ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Powerball jackpot continues to crawl closer to $1 billion.
After no winner was drawn Wednesday, August 5, the lottery's jackpot now sits at $856 million. This is the eighth largest jackpot in Power Ball history.
The next drawing will be this coming Saturday, August 8.
