The NFL discussing tougher penalties for players charged with domestic violence.
This decision comes from what many perceived as a lenient two game suspension for Baltimore Ravens running back for Ray Rice.
Rice was caught on camera knocking his wife unconscious.
Reports say the proposed penalties include a 6-game ban for first time offenders and a season long ban after that.
