NHTSA investigating possible problem for Hyundai Elantra

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating a possible air bag problem with the Hyundai Elantra.

The investigation includes the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Elantras.

This all stems from an April car crash in which the Elantra owner said a side air bag inflated and a metal bracket sliced the driver's ear.

No cars have been recalled as of yet.
