Niles Police Department responds to robbery Thursday night

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - The Niles Police Department responded to an armed robbery at the 'Check Into Cash' location in Niles at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday night. 

According to the Niles Police Department, two black males with firearms entered the business and demanded money from the financial intuition's registers and safe. 

They then fled on foot to a parked car and left the scene driving westbound on Silverbrook Ave.

No customers were in the store during the robbery and the employees were unharmed. 

The suspects were believed to be in their 20's. One of the suspects was approximately 5'6", while the other was about 6'0".
