Niles teen behind bars after violating probation

NILES, Mich. -- One of the teens caught up in the Niles sex scandal is back behind bars after officers say he violated his probation.
According to the Niles Daily Star and other published reports, 18-year-old Trey Nichols was arrested for having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
Under the rules of his probation Nichols was not allowed to have sex. He is scheduled to go to trial next month for his original charges linked to the sex scandal.
