NIPSCO reports over 1,200 Middlebury and Goshen customers without power

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- NIPSCO reported 1,264 Middlebury and Goshen customers were without power around 4:10 a.m. Monday.
The company says 951 people are affected in Goshen and 313 in Middlebury.
The causes of the outages have not been determined.
Restoration of power is estimated to happen between 6:45 a.m. and 8 a.m.
