No charges filed in Marshall County deadly shooting

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.-- No charges will be filed against two deputies involved in a deadly shooting.
Late last month, Jeff Sharp and Jeff Snyder shot and killed 62-year-old Mark Albright, of Plymouth.
Albright led two agencies on a hogh-speed chase, and then pulled a gun.
Toxicology results showed Albright's blood alcohol content was 0.13.
The Marshall County prosecutor said the shooting was justified.
