No charges filed in toddler drowning at Osceola daycare

OSCEOLA, Ind. -- No charges will be filed in the drowning of a 22-month old at an Osceola daycare.
Skylar Bullocks died after she was found unconscious in a pool in August.
Daycare workers did CPR but the toddler died from injuries a month later.
Investigators concluded it was a tragic accident and that no one intentionally put the toddler in danger.
