No charges will be filed in Mishawaka dead dog case

MISHAWAKA, Ind.-- No charges will be filed against a Mishawaka man, whose dog was found dead in his garage.
The dog died back in December, but police found it earlier this month at the Milburn Court home.
The prosecutor's office told us today that there is no evidence the owner, Chris Denaway, beat the dog.
Investigators say the dog died from disease.
