No injuries in Shipshewana plane crash

The LaGrange County Sheriff's Department responded to a small plane crash at 9595 W 450 N in Shipshewana Monday evening.The pilot, 18-year-old Jordan Stoltzfus of Shipshewana said he had mechanical difficulties and conducted an emergency landing.
The Diamond DA20 fixed wing, single engine plane struck a propane tank and a home.
Stoltzfus was checked out by emergency personnel but suffered no injuries.
The FAA will investigate.
