STARKE COUNTY, Ind. -- The Starke County Sheriff's Office reports an arrest was made on Dec. 26, following several months of investigation by detectives.

Thirty-one-year-old Sammy D. Bottorff of Walkerton was identified as a suspect in the investigation regarding the sexual abuse of a child.

The report states as a result of the arrest, the Starke County Prosecutor's Office filed formal charges against Bottorff.

Bottorff is charged with three counts of Child Molesting, a Level 1 Felony, and three counts of Incest, a Level 4 Felony. 

No further details are available due to minor victims being involved.
