North Webster man found with blood alcohol level seven times the limit

NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. -- A very shocking story out of Kosciusko County.
Police were called to an abandoned car on the side of the road near North Webster and found this man inside.
Bradley Wine a 28-year-old from North Webster was found with alcohol nearly passed out in the car.
Police tested his blood alcohol level and found that it was at 0.548, nearly seven times the legal limit.
Officers say levels at 0.5 or greater are normally fatal.
Wine was taken to the hospital in very serious condition.
