Nose surgeon forced to change attorneys in health care fraud case

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- There may be a change up in a high profile trial headed to South Bend.

Northwest Indiana nose surgeon Mark Weinberger was captured in Italy and had been running from U.S. authorities for five years.

Weinberger is accused of billing procedures he never performed. His trial was moved to South Bend and now, he has asked to change attorneys.

Weinberger had requested to represent himself, but changed his mind after meeting with the judge.
