ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, January 29, 2022
Temperatures should not be as cold tonight with lows in the teens. We'll be near 30 degrees for highs on Sunday and Monday. A few flurries or snow showers can't be ruled out Sunday, but they shouldn't slow us down at all.
February begins with a bang as a potential winter storm sets its' sights on the Midwest. Rain showers are possible later on Tuesday as temperatures finally make it above freezing across Michiana. The rain will turn to snow Tuesday night. Impactful snow (and possibly mixed precipitation) is likely on Wednesday, with more snow showers on Thursday. Overall confidence is increasing with this forecast, but there are still a lot of details to iron out (especially with track and precipitation type). Regardless, plan for disruptions Wednesday and Thursday. More frigid weather follows the storm Friday into next weekend with highs in the teens and lows near 0 at times.
Tonight: Mostly to partly cloudy. Low 12.
Tomorrow: Partly to mostly cloudy. Slight chance of flurries or a snow shower. High 28.
Monday: Partly sunny. High 30.
Tuesday: Milder with rain showers possible by the afternoon. High 40.
