ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. –– Notre Dame was forced to move their scheduled season opener in Ireland to Annapolis, MD. However, players and coaches aren't the only ones who might enjoy a future trip, band members would too.
Jake Shapiro, a Notre Dame band member who plays the drums, said he would certainly love to experience an overseas football game.
"I personally think it’d be absolutely amazing. I think all of the opportunities that the Notre Dame band has given me just halfway through my college experience so far ... they’re all incredible experiences, and to add Ireland to that list would be amazing,” Shapiro said.
