Notre Dame baseball team hosting clinics for area youth

NOTRE DAME, Ind. --- It certainly doesn't feel like it just yet but it's beginning to look a lot like baseball season across the area.

The Notre Dame baseball team hosted its first of several winter hitting and development clinics this afternoon. Kids as young as six to twelve got a chance to work with the Notre Dame staff to practice hitting the ball. High schoolers took a few lessons that included catching, hitting, and pitching.

There are a couple sessions left for both the youth hitting clinics and the winter development clinics. The Irish will host them again February 4th and 11th.

Interested participants must submit a completed application form, and applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis until all positions are filled.
