Notre Dame Federal Credit Union donates to Kelly Cares Foundation

The Notre Dame Federal Credit Union presented a $10,000 check to a charity foundation Tuesday.

In November, the credit union competed against USC Credit Union to raise money for the 4th annual charity challenge

Notre Dame FCU won the challenge by generating the most credit card applications.

The donation will benefit the Kelly Cares Foundation.

“We're always looking for opportunities to help locally it's one of those positions where it's a fun kind of thing and we're proud to be affiliated with the Notre Dame Credit Union and the community itself and hopefully 2017 is another great year,” said Paqui Kelly.

The foundation is co-founded by the University of Notre Dame Head Football Coach Brian Kelly and his wife Paqui who is a two-time breast cancer survivor.
