COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Notre Dame football opened their season against Texas A&M in College Station on Saturday and the Fighting Irish came out on top 23 to 13 over the Aggies.
The Irish had a hard-fought win and pulled ahead in the fourth quarter to seal the deal, making their case to be contender for the 12-team playoff this year.
