ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. –– Notre Dame has officially completed its second spring football practice of the year. The biggest takeaway from those first two days is that the Irish have a quarterback competition underway.
The two guys fighting for the starting spot are Drew Pyne and Jack Coan. Pyne was the Irish backup from 2020. Coan is a grad-transfer from Wisconsin.
