Notre Dame holds Bengal Bouts finals

NOTRE DAME, Ind. --- Notre Dame held the Bengal Bouts finals Friday. Fighters from 11 different weight classes squared off to try and be the 2014 champions.

The money raised from Bengal Bouts will go towards education and health care in Bangladesh.

Spectators were happy to attend the event and fundraiser.

"Well they raise money for the missions, plus it is the right way to do boxing with headgear.  And I am glad for the good camaraderie," said one spectator.

The Bengal Bouts started raising money for Bangladesh back in 1931.
