Notre Dame invites Michiana to participate in Summer Band event
The University of Notre Dame is extending an invitation for Michiana residents regarding the Notre Dame Summer Band.
High school students and adults of all ages are invited to play in the Notre Dame Summer Band with rehearsals beginning June 13th.
There will be five rehearsals, Monday and Wednesday evenings starting on June 13th leading up to a concert out on the Irish Green on Wednesday, June 29th.
Even if it’s been a few years since you’ve picked up your instrument, that’s ok. They say members are dusting off their instruments every year for the event.
Notre Dame also says it’s not uncommon to have parents from the community participating in the band with their kids alongside Notre Dame students, faculty and staff.
The application for this event is due by Friday, May 6th.
