SOUTH BEND, Ind -- The Irish take down #2 Virginia in overtime of the final four to advance to the finals.
Notre Dame fell twice to Virginia this season, giving them their only losses of the year.
In fact, in 21 games prior to this year's final four, the Irish were 18-3, all three losses at the hands of the Cavaliers.
Notre Dame's trip to the finals this year is the first since 2014.
