Notre Dame Police looking for man suspect of sexual misconduct

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Campus Safety Officers at Notre Dame issued a crime alert Friday after the department received a report of sexual misconduct on a campus pedestrian path.

The department says the incident occurred on the path between Leahy Drive and the D Bulla Parking Lot around 11:30 p.m.

The victim told officer that a white male, 20 to 30-years-old, walked past her only to turn around and follow her then engage in the misconduct.

Sexual misconduct defined by Notre Dame is non-consensual sexual contact or going beyond the boundaries of consent.

He fled the area after the incident.

According to Campus Safety, the suspect stands at about 5’8” with a stocky build. He is pictured on surveillance cameras wearing a baseball cap and a two-toned jacket.
