Notre Dame quarterback's court hearing delayed

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- A St. Joseph County judge pushed back a court hearing for Tommy Rees.

The Notre Dame quarterback is charged with four misdemeanors, including resisting arrest and battery.

Police arrested Rees back in May when they were called to a Notre Dame house party that got out of control.

Rees' attorney asked for the delay. They were originally set to be in court on Tuesday. That hearing is now set for July 24.
