Notre Dame steams past Purdue

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Fighting Irish pulled off a big victory against in-state rival Purdue on Saturday. Notre Dame finished the night with a 38-10 victory over the Boilermakers.

Michael Floyd got things going with a quick touchdown just twenty-four seconds into the first quarter.
Notre Dame kept Purdue scoreless on the board until close to the half. Purdue put up points with a field goal in the second quarter, with just 3:39 left in the half.
Then the Irish kept things rolling through the second half to clinch their third win in a row.
The Irish are now 3-2 on the season. This coming week they face Air Force at Notre Dame Stadium.
