NWS lists St. Joseph River at zero feet

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- The heat is starting to take its toll on river levels along the St. Joseph River.
The National Weather Service lists the water level of the river in South Bend at zero feet.
There is still water running downstream.
On Friday, we checked and you can even see the rocks below the dam in downtown.
