Obama signs sandy aid package

It was delayed by the fiscal cliff debate but President Obama signed into law a Superstorm Sandy aid package.
The bill includes more than $90-billion to help the government pay flood insurance claims.
Lawmakers will weigh in on more than $50-billion in additional Sandy aid later this month.
