ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - An off-duty officer with the Elkhart Police Department helped one local family track down their "Elf on the Shelf" after he went missing from their home!
After searching throughout the home, the family was greeted by the officer, who informed them their beloved elf had a liiiiiittle too much fun at a party and got busted! The officer brought the elf back safely, where he'll probably be kept under a watchful eye until Christmas.
