Officers investigate vandalism

The South Bend police got a tip they thought would lead them to some suspects accused of vandalism.
Just after 3 a.m., someone flagged down an officer in the 4300 block of Huron, and said two men were walking around acting suspiciously.
They blocked off several streets to investigate, but did not make any arrests.
