Officials approve rezoning for Mishawaka memory center proposal

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- City officials have approved rezoning and building plans of the proposed memory center in Mishawaka.
The proposal calls for a one-story building with nearly 50 apartments. It's off Day Road. The center will be specifically for Alzheimers and dementia patients.
No word yet on when construction will start.
