SOUTH BEND, Ind.- The St. Joseph County Council put funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) on hold, and city officials met Monday night to discuss the war on public health.
Organizers are encouraging the community members to show up to county council meetings and weigh in on how much the money would benefit the community overall.
