Officials find 7 year old dead in residential fire

Marshall, Mich. – Michigan State Police were dispatched to a residential fire around 1:30 am Sunday in the Village of Burlington.

Burlington Fire Department put out the fire with the assistance of Tekonsha Fire Department and Union City Fire Department.

The police were notified of a 7 year old boy found dead inside of the residence at the time.

A Michigan State Police Fire Investigator was called to the scene as well for further investigation.
