Arrests made in Dayton Street shooting, more suspects sought

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- During a press conference Friday afternoon, investigators announced two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting on Dayton Street on March 11 that injured six people, according to St. Joseph County Prosecutor Kenneth Cotter.

Cotter says the shooting, which happened at a party, was a retaliatory shooting.

He says 29 shots were fired and six people were hurt. All of the victims are recovering.

The suspects have been identified as Henry Turner and Jamone Hodge.

Turner has been charged with 6 counts of attempted murder, 6 counts battery with a deadly weapon, 1 count of criminal recklessness and gang enhancement

Hodge has been charged with 6 counts battery with a deadly weapon, 1 count of criminal recklessness and gang enhancement.
