Ohio suspect steals police cruiser

COLUMBUS, Ohio. -- It's a brazen theft caught on a cop’s dash cam.

In Ohio, a robbery suspect swiped a police cruiser and tried to run from officers.

A suspect wanted in connection with an apartment burglary got into a shootout with police. The guy hopped into the cruiser and took off.

It happened while police fired shots at the car. The suspect didn't get far.

Police arrested him after he crashed into an apartment building.
