Oklahoma highway open after deadly crash

CANADIAN COUNTY, Okla. -- An Oklahoma highway is back open Thursday after a deadly and fiery crash.

Oklahoma highway patrol troopers are calling it one of the worst accidents they have ever seen.

Witnesses told troopers a woman driving on I40 slammed into the back of a semi truck hauling groceries.  Her vehicle bounced off a truck then struck another semi.

The first collision cause a fiery explosion and flames quickly engulfed the car.

"It is very horrific. It is one of the worst ones I have seen," said Lt. Mark Reynolds. "It's just very tragic."

The driver of the car was killed but the drivers in the semi-trucks were not hurt.
