One dead in semi crash on U.S. 12

Michigan State Police ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. - One person died in a head-on crash on U.S. 12 Highway Wednesday night, according to Michigan State Police.
Around 9 p.m., a Mercedes was traveling east on U.S. 12, near Vistula Road, when the vehicle crossed the center line and hit a semi head-on.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 41-year-old Indiana man, died at the scene.
The semi driver was not injured.
