One killed, one injured in alcohol-related accident in LaPorte County

WILLS TOWNSHIP, Ind. — A passenger in a car died when the car he was riding in struck a tree in LaPorte County around 3:30 Sunday morning.
It happened on County Road 875 in Wills Township.
The passenger, 21-year-old Kyle Flotow died at the scene.
The driver, 22-year-old Ryan Flotow, sustained minor injuries.
Police say alcohol was a factor.
