Clouds still linger in Michiana, with cool conditions expected before a very seasonable autumn weekend. Low rain chances across Michiana, likely lake effect showers still affecting our friends closer to the coast and slightly into central Michiana. Light showers expected at worst. A weak high-pressure system passes through Michiana, switching wind direction to stop the lake effect, but also bringing us clearing skies, dropping our temperatures to the low to mid 30s across our area. Patchy frost expected Saturday morning. Some more clouds join us into the weekend, with temperatures close to average through the beginning of the week. Another low-pressure system passes us in the middle of the week, bringing us another chance for meandering rain. Clearing skies expected by Halloween, on the cool side.
