Goshen City Council amends DORA rules amid community concerns
The humidity is on the rise Thursday, one last really warm summer day before fall weather arrives this weekend. A chance of showers and storms lasts through Friday morning but coverage still looks scattered at best. Temperatures fall from the upper 70s Friday, then the wind turns midday and gusts out of the northwest up to 25 mph. The weekend is fair and fall-like with highs in the 60s and 70s.
