GOSHEN, Ind. -
One person was killed in a crash at the intersection of CR37 and CR 38 around 6 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies say a Ford Escort was traveling south on CR37 and the driver failed to stop for the stop sign at CR 38.
A pickup truck traveling west on CR38 struck the driver's side of the Escort.
The driver of the Escort was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
He was identified as 29-year-old Corey Maller of New Paris, Indiana.
There were three people in the pickup truck. No one in the pickup was injured.
