One taken to hospital after Osceola fire

OSCEOLA, Ind. -- Firefighters said one man was taken to the hospital after flames were seen pouring out his front door of his home around 7 a.m. Wednesday.
Crews said the man was the only person home on the 10000 block of Glenwood Avenue near the intersection of Ash Road.
He's being treated for burns to his hands and smoke inhalation.
The man is listed in stable condition at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
According to rescue crews, the resident made it out of the home and to the neighbor's house where the 911 call came from.
As of 7:45 a.m. crews had the fire contained and were working on hot spots.
The fire remains under investigation.
